Is the "owner" account a multisig? Though secure, one chain/network multisigs are not functional. For example: Maybe we're on Base right now, but then change in the future. Have you heard of any reputable multichain multisigs?

Owner is a shared email. Safe recently released “cross-chain” support. It’s separate multisig but same address on all chains. I just converted /bcard to it and the process is relatively smooth.
