what happened?

a shadowy super coder tried to steal 100% of the 477 WETH Loot ecosystem advancement treasury, culminating in a nail-biting standoff 2 weeks ago

we prevailed

then, unanimously voted to move the ETH to the custody of Bibliotheca, a team of teams working to advance the Loot autonomous world
