I half joke with my friends about two reasons I would ever pick up a gun in anger again:

1. CCP or Russia invade the West Coast
2. Aliens Invade from outer space and are hostile

Else, no.  Thought, I do admire one aspect compared to “my war” which is the clear moral terms Ukraine is being defended.
