Cats can change their meow to manipulate humans. Unlike regular purring, these sounds are very similar to a baby crying. Scientists have concluded that cats deliberately make such sounds, realizing that it is very difficult for humans to ignore them. Cats can vibrate at high and low frequencies at the same time.
