Typically you buy culturally significant items, but would you consider a purchase primarily intended to show what’s POSSIBLE with collective digital ownership? Ie. -buy a commercial property - mint the title as an NFT - hold an open edition NFT sale - # of open edition mints = # of fractionalized units of the title
