Been consistently going to the gym for over a month. Endurance, strength and flexibility all much improved, not to mention my general disposition! Typing this from the open stride machine which has become the starting workout every day. My new challenge at the gym is to do squats and deadlifts every day. Hip and thigh health is everything for this 40 year old former full time cyclist

Just learned how to do the Snatch recently and it feels great on my lower back and shoulders Highly recommend as an addition to your current challenge
