SEC Approves Eight Ethereum Spot ETFs The SEC has approved Forms 19b-4 for graded ETH-ETFs from BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, VanEck, Ark, Invesco Galaxy and Franklin Templeton. Even though the forms are approved, ETF issuers must receive S-1 registration statements to begin trading.
