"Birthday" is a holiday that doesn't exist
There is no time in the general sense either, it is a unit of measurement that people have come up with.
And corporations came up with a birthday so that you would have a reason to splurge on all your friends once again instead of spending money on something important and so that you were constantly planning and in suspense, women were complaining because of age, etc.
