Posting a thread on how to stay SAFU when minting literally any airdrops here.

1) You can mint anything within /frames or Warpcaster itself without any risk  as long as they don't require doing any on-chain transactions, so basically 99% - you get the catch :)

2) The risk is there when you interact with them

3) Don't head to the external sites unless you're advanced and know what you're doing. This is not needed in 99% of the cases.

Tldr; the risk is there IF you interact with the airdrops or claim them via external sites. Warpcast itself is SAFU.

Besides this there are numerous other things you can do to minimize the risk.

5) Use a burner wallet with NOT your expensive assets on it

6) Ask someone :)

btw scammers sending fake tokens on base, double check the contract of the token you get (if you do) so that you interact with the right one

It does not make sense to only transfer "junk" out of your wallet or sell them on OS for $5. How do you know it's legit without being a developer then? 

By aggregating data on who's selling and buying it to see if it really is legit. Don't bother for pennies.
