Instead of complaining here about drop in allowance and no visibility, have you ever thought to work harder ? 

I did the same mistake and it got me nowhere.

I tried harder to deliver the best here (not just throw a simple cast) and made amazing friends who helped me.

Took me 4 months to achieve this but here I am.
