Enthusiastic endorsement of Hetzner virtual private servers in both Oregon and Virginia. The prices are excellent, data allowance is huge, performance is solid, web dashboard is good. They're all AMD, no Intel. ARM will probably show up eventually, as they offer them in Europe. (Not affiliated, just a customer.)
