Well, it looks like the final results are in folks! Please click on the image/link for accurate results - as the image isn't reflective of the final result. While Soba had some very strong advocates, I think ultimately the vote came down to "Familiarity" and in that area, Ramen is number 1. Not everyone knows Udon or Soba, but everyone knows Ramen. I am one of those who chose soba cos it goes so well with tempura, and cold soba is so good
