Itโs not whiskey on the rocks but coffee ๐ This morning I visited a specialty coffee cafe and tried a cup of this lightly roasted beans from Peru. Interesting experience, they explained a lot about how the flavours of coffee would change when itโs hot, warm or cold. I loved the flavours over ice the most :)

Nice Cheryl ๐ looks like a cool coffee experience, light roast stuff really bring out the flavour from hot to cold. I have some home roast Ethiopia Geisha as it is much more affordable at home ๐

yeahh they told me the same thing too haha. ive always preferred more roasted beans and bolder notes and this one was quite light with higher acidity so it was something kinda new for me โบ๏ธ

Hahaha that is because where you come from the nanyang style is heavily roasted. But if you are not aware , msia has the third type of liberica coffee bean not available else wher in the world but is in a lot of the traditional msia kopi . When using more western style roasting technique they can even bring out a jackfruit taste.

Hahaha I know myliberica is a specialist there, the beans itself is bigger than the arabica ones. But even the good kopi in msia really have a distinct taste. Snapshot the taste profile for your reference.
