we’re in /replyguys kicking game, but the magic doesn’t stop in this channel. imagine replying thoughtfully via other mediums like in the comment section or via email. what about IRL? listen closely to your family, friends, and colleagues and conjure up a meaningful reply. you gotta be intentional fam.

Thoughtful cast, would just supplement that it also pays to be genuine and sincere in a world of packaged marketing of personal branding.

100% agreed. i’ve noticed that people are reluctant to accept sincerity these days. i.e. people might suspect that there’s ulterior or even nefarious motives hidden behind the “genuine nature” of an individual. and yet despite this, i persist in my ways. we can be an example of what we want to see.

Yes, as long as one is consistent in their genuineness in interactions, it will eventually be noticed. You rock by taking the harder, longer route 😊

thanks! although there’s one part of your reply i don’t understand: the “eventually be noticed” part. being sincere or genuine is not about getting noticed. i behave this way because doing so puts me at my best, and i strive to be my best because i have a responsibility to do so. we all do 🤞🏼
