Just onboarded my mom to @base and @coinbasewallet

she's been into crypto for a few years and has used cb as an exchange but  just got her smart wallet today

my plan was to just let her try to figure it out and then make notes about the process and make this post to offer some suggestions or tweaks to make the experience better

12 seconds later she's done and just goes "that's it?"

so uh...no notes - 10/10

The best products don't need an instruction manual...

so true! if it needs a manual, maybe it's too complicated 😅
