4.1% unemployment.

43k Dow Jones.

Manufacturing boom.

Gaza ceasefire.

Medicare D $2k prescription drug cap.

Infrastructure boom.

Fastest economic recovery.

Covid handled.

IMHO, too much attribution is given to the president in any administration for positive or negative outcomes that occur during their time in office. The state is a massive organization with many people and agencies. Also, the economy is it's own beast that can be influenced but not fully controlled by anyone.

Additionally, I truly don't know if we can say that he is responsible for any of this given the fact that he has been in such a bad state of cognitive decline. Unelected people behind the scenes have been running the country for years now. Biden is simply told to sign XYZ and he does, so I guess we can give him credit for still being able to sign his own name.

presidents are often more symbolic than directly impactful. The real power seems to lie in the unelected hands steering the ship behind the scenes.
