Due process is nowhere to be seen as usual. One of the biggest clues that Trump wasn't serious about dismantling the deep state war machine or whatever was the appointment of Marco Rubio. I remember a rumour last year that Mitch McConnell threatened Trump that if he didn't appoint Rubio he would throw a wrench in all of Trump's other confirmation hearings. Does anyone know if that is true or not? Just curious.
