I think it's worth noting that wealthier folks (established founders/VCs) online lean more towards Trump/Republican.

People generally vote for their own interests and given that democrats seem to think they can fix inequality caused by decades of rampant money printing and bad legislation by just raising taxes on the wealthy to insane levels (even taxing unrealized gains), of course wealthier people tend to lean right.
