A couple years ago I encountered a small but significant group of protestors with signs instructing passerbys to stop having children because they were killing the planet or some bullshit. I was like, do y'all realize that you are basically advocating for the slow extinction of the human race? 

Saving the planet is great but if there are no humans to inhabit it who are we saving it for? It was by far the stupidest protest I have ever encountered in real life. Go have some kids if you are able to do so, we still have plenty of room. You should never let anyone make you feel guilty about doing so. The many different doom and gloom predictions of yesteryear about overcrowding never panned out.  Does anyone here agree with the don't have kids protestors, if so why?
