Good. Now the remaining 89,000 people who are in prison because of minor drug offenses. If Biden doesn't pardon them, he's a hypocrite.

There's about 350,000 in state prisons for solely drug offenses in addition to the 89,000 federal drug inmates, not counting property crimes done to pay for artificially black market inflated prices. Throw in county jail and more than half a million people are in cages solely for drugs.

Right but president can't pardon anyone at a state level which is why for this specific convo I did specify federal
