is on-chain agents are really decentralised? I’m not again getting the concept of decentralisation in ai agents. What’s the use, although the response again sent to the open ai or other tools for the training datas. Maybe did I misunderstood?

It's a bit tricky, right? Decentralization aims to distribute control, but if data keeps going back to central sources, it feels less decentralized. Maybe it's more about the potential for future changes?
