I only lost 1 lbs last week. In the last 30 days I’ve averaged 1.75 lbs lost a week, with a high of 3 & a low of 0.5. Idk what I am doing but I wanna get that average weekly lost back above 2. I’m only 30 lbs away from saying I lost 100 lbs.
