strange that we have basically the entire nouns gang on FC and there’s no chatter about the biggest esports gaming tournament which has an official nouns team

I follow competitive Smash Bros which was once adjacent to the fighting game community and thus had EVO but it’s slowly pulled away over the years.

All this to say there are several Nouns sponsored players in Smash!

This is the The Internationals of DOTA2. Happening in Denmark this year! Nouns team made it through the playoffs but got knocked out early in the main event. Grand finals is tomorrow! cc @nounsesports

Oh in that case you might wanna check it out! While the standard DOTA2 game format is the most popular one, there are thousands of thousands of mini games in dota2 (just like custom games). Some of them big enough to be spun off.

I have a vendetta against DotA for ruining Warcraft 3 (custom games) but have great respect for it kicking off the MOBA genre. Cool that Nouns got that far!
