could you ELI5 what this historic win mean (practically) for the everyday user who wants to use TC to protect their privacy. in other words, when can we expect exchanges to stop blacklisting TC mixed coins?

This is a legal question which I can't answer myself. I don't know what exactly has to happen besides the OFAC removal that exchanges accept it again...
