I love how friendly people in Argentina are to noobs trying to learn Spanish.

If they notice that you "habla un poco" they speak more slowly, use individual English words as needed if you don't understand, but don't just give up and use English for the whole conversation.

I wish people in more countries did this.

Been to Germany and France and most people are very friendly, and helpful to language noobs in the same capacity.

I am French, and I would not say Parisian people are very friendly to people trying to speck French.

Either my French is good (nah) or I just frankly didn’t give a fuck (very likely). Tbh French people were a lot more welcoming than what the internet suggests. I spoke broken German in a German pub to strangers and we all had a great time.

I dunno what that means truly but ja. Lmao. Just say yes and the world opens up.

Spanish is easy to that extend.
