S.G. locals: what are the must go to stalls at bukit Timah food center? Gonna be closed and move to a different location in Sep.? Wanna check out before that

I went last week and a bunch of them are closed. I am not a frequent patron but when Iām there I check out the ngoh hiang (closed last week), the chendol and the seafood vermicelli (fish, clams etc).
