it's been 1 whole hour and my withdrawal is still pending the worst thing a CEX can do is withholding user funds (with or without a good reason) without explicitly providing the reason

update: withdrawal went through a few minutes after this cast still, an awful experience, will be limiting my coinbase usage from here on
