Chicken curry over coconut rice for dinner tonight! It's a great hack to add a ton of flavor and richness to the rice, even if I've got a feeling many people would call it blasphemy. Go half water, half coconut milk. No other changes needed. The rice is so much more flavorful and it goes really well with curry.👌

Have you tried the MUJI curries? Some of them are pretty good.

Nope literally had no idea they sold curry lol. Maybe I'll give it a try next time i go by one. Any specific one you recommend?

I like mild chicken curry, mild green curry tastes pretty good too. I think some curries might be localised.
