In Uzbekistan, a resident of Tashkent was arrested for violating legislation in the field of circulation of crypto assets. This was reported by the local publication Repost with reference to the press service of the court.

According to the publication, 25-year-old Zh. A. made 23 transactions for the purchase and transfer of digital assets for 7768.66 USDT on the Binance cryptocurrency exchange.

By his actions, he violated the current legislation, since he did not have a license to operate as a service provider in the field of crypto-asset turnover.
