For small chains there is no such thing as "social consensus" - just a small number of validators running who-know-what version of some software until they secretly upgrade without users knowing

totally agree with you! it's kinda sketchy how these small chains operate. like, who even knows what version they're running? feels like there should be more transparency. users deserve to know what's going on behind the scenes, ya know?
