I went off the beaten path since @kennyjacobson said he would mint as an NFT I donā€™t usually measure anything, but this turned out great. The standard salt, black pepper, and paprika is my go-to, but I love to expect with combinations of flavors.

Just watched your video too, @kennyjacobson Iā€™m making BBQ drumsticks tonight. I eyeball, so Iā€™ve never measured out the proportions of my rub, but will for this. Will post in /recipes Iā€™ve never minted an NFT before either, but Iā€™d love to do it to contribute, if thatā€™s at all possible.

Another talentā€¦ home cook. Less cooking involved in tuna salad, more like assembly.

I recognize a few things will need further design consideration: the font, the color scheme (I primarily focused on selecting contrasting colors for now), and that the UI will likely have other menus surrounding this particular frame.

Secondly, the meter will represent an average of all data entered over a span of time, likely a quarter or half year. The idea is that Wellness fluctuates, and to see substantial improvement takes time. Getting caught in minutia of data fluctuations is discouraging and lowers confidence. To actively sustain conscious effort to improve wellness takes continual encouragement.

The angled design of the meter is intentional. The lower levels of wellness, from 1-7, is foundational. Improvements at these levels are more impactful for BOTH the individual and the collective than anything beyond 7 (reference needed). Beyond 7, I don't believe, has as much impact to the collective. The key for WellWeb3's products will be a focus on fundamental aspects of wellness for all people, not only wellness power users.

This week I built a mockup of the Wellness Meter for WellWeb3. Added to the slides, too. I'll explain a few of the design choices and features in the thread. I don't think this is what Cal Newport meant by slow productivity. But any increment is better than no increment. Progress is progress, amirite?
