Are Delaware C-Corp wrappers still the best way to legitimize DAOs in the States?

Depending on what you mean by legitimize… the ability to get bank or other tradfi or government accounts? being respected and trusted by investors, customers, etc? Delaware C-Corps would solve those problems but also force you into a corporate structure that’s not very DAO friendly eg requires a board & officers.

A Delaware LLC would be a step in the right direction, because of the flexibility of LLCs, and they’re actually even more common than C-Corps these days.
