Are people really still using bootstrap? Thought that shit died years ago.

Checked a friend's Rails project last weekend and there's Bootstrap! Thought it was sipping CSS margaritas on a retired beach. Next day Im online and seeing bootstrap chatter on X, like an old band's reunion tour, complete with those '!important' solos!

It's still used in the rails world. If you're looking for something pure css/js without react it's one of the most complete.
