[platonically] can anyone tell me the difference between these three usb c ports and why they don’t do the same things

Top one is non-Thunderbolt USB 3 (but uses same plug form factor standard), bottom left is Thunderbolt 4, bottom right is Thunderbolt 4 but with guaranteed power delivery to deliver charging while docked. Least I’m mostly sure.
