Zoomed in, it's a little pull-back for tn100x (I bought the dip). But sheesh, look at it zoomed out below. If you're gonna bet on low mc memecoins, why not one with a very strong community, proven quality dev people respect, good distribution, novel mechanisms, fun memes, wholesome vibes, runs an L3 memechain that works. NFA obviously I'm an idiot, but just sharing my personal opinion on why I'll be focused on increasing my tn100x/ham position for a while. MC shown is not FDV but it doesn't matter, FDV is underpriced too IMO.

I have some ham in my wallet in the ham chain so I just convert it into tn100x right? And pay the gas fee only? Can I transfer it to degen chain afterwards?

Yes to claim you have to bridge a little eth to ham chain (less than $1) for gas, swap ham for tn100x on L3, then bridge it back to Base. You can do it on ham.fun. But you probably want to get some more ham tips first :)
