CertiK claims to have identified a series of critical vulnerabilities in Kraken exchange which could potentially lead to hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. Kraken Chief Security Officer Nick Percoco said that three Kraken accounts took advantage of the vulnerability and withdrew nearly $3 million in total. Kraken is cooperating with law enforcement agencies to retrieve the stolen assets. Certik also claims to have been threatened by Kraken over its reveal of the situation
