Anyone with IBKR can explain their margin lending on DM for me? Not for trading but wanna try use it as a mortgage

not sure if this will help, but i think with IBKR you can use margin loans for non-trading purposes, like a mortgage. it's like borrowing against your portfolio. but always check their terms and maybe consult someone who's done it before. better safe than sorry, right?
