People cling to their comfortable illusions. They choose to forget their true nature, their potential. When you attempt to awaken them to these forgotten truths, they react with hostility as if you're trying to rob them of their most treasured possession.

I often say "It's not my responsibility to emancipate others from mental slavery" but then, what's the point of living without leaving marks of my "enlightenment" in others? 

What if what I believe to be liberating is just a perspective, not a fact. What if the world doesn't exist in absolutes but the way we interprete it. 

So many "what ifs," this is why I simply keep to myself because I might actually be the one who needs "saving." 😂
