What happened? While I was away I lost over 4k followers! š Did we all lose followers? Like clearing out bots or something? Don't believe 1/3 of my followers are bots. š¤

It was announced that WC will be hiding label 0 accounts (likely to engage in spammy behaviour) from the following count (same as hiding their likes, replies from casts). They're still there on the protocol, but obfuscated from the frontend. It's all to our benefits.

That's true. I went through the people I'm following with label 0 and 1 and reported the false positives. Comparatively there where many... I also did some random sampling from my followers, there wasn't a single account I ever heard about or interacted with. So it really might be necessary hygiene...
