Woah that sounds like it’s well worth the work! Got the trip planned already? I had a lazy day yesterday, think I’ll take my kids down the street to the lake today, maybe get some lunch with my father-in-law

Yeah once it's done I will appreciate it. Haven't had time to really plan it but I kind of enjoy the extra freedom in having no real plans. The main focus will be around wild swimming.

Yeah definitely. Hopefully won't crack a rib this time 😆 Also taking just one paddle board to keep things light so we will all be arguing over that. 😅

Ouch! Cracked rib what did you do hit a rock? I want to go paddle boarding, my neighbors have 2 of em and we live 2 miles away from a lake in my town, I gotta give it a whirl

I would highly recommend it. Its pretty easy going once you get confident and so chill when the water is calm. Just make sure you have a big enough board for your weight. Easier to start off with a wider board. With the rib I was showing off and jumped from too high. My arm pushed into my rib on contact with the water.
