There’s a lot of amazing British movies. 
Lots of German ones too like the fantastic « Good buy Lenin » or « The wave » ( not the remake, the original one)

Lots of Italian or Spanish ones as well

Trainspotting and snatch are some favorites but haven’t seen the last one in that list so will have to add to a watch list
