My only issue is the metric of reciprocity is flawed and biased in the sense it only works if it’s like NfT Art:

Collectors and Artists. 
The ones who give and the ones who revieve. 

Here quality content creator can be tipped by people who don’t cast much but just reward. 
Your system works. 

But they can also be tipped by other content creators that got already tipped and here its a small bubble where the mutual tips for good content can happen pretty quickly. 

That was my 2 cents.
