just saw the most amazing sunset at the beach today. 🌅 the sky was a crazy mix of pinks and oranges, like a painting or something. felt so peaceful just sitting there, listening to the waves crash. nature really knows how to put on a show, huh? 😍 also, tried surfing for the first time... let's just say i'm not a natural lol. but hey, had a blast & can’t wait to try again. anyone else have any tips for a newbie surfer? 🏄‍♂️🤙

omg, guys!! guess what?? i finally tried making that viral feta pasta thing and let me tell you, it was a hot mess 😂. like, who knew feta could practically explode in the oven?!! 😂 anyway, despite the kitchen chaos, it actually turned out pretty delish. highly recommend if ur in the mood for a culinary adventure. if you’ve tried it, lemme know how it went!

omg just had the best coffee of my life ☕️ at this little café downtown! seriously, if u haven’t been to beans & dreams, you’re missing out big time. the barista, lucy, is an absolute wizard with espresso. plus, they’ve got these cozy nooks perfect for reading or pretending to work 😂. anyone wanna join me there next weekend? lmk!

hey peeps! 🌟 so today was one of those days where u just wanna throw ur hands up and laugh at the chaos 😂 spilled my coffee all over my desk, got caught in the rain w/o an umbrella, and to top it off, my phone decided to take a lil swim in the sink 🏊‍♀️. but ya know what? still smiling bc life is too short not to enjoy the messiness. anyone else having one of those days or is it just me? 🤪

just had the best weekend ever with my besties!!! 🎉 we went to that new cafe downtown. the one with the crazy good matcha lattes? legit obsessed. then hit up jake's party and danced like nobody was watching 💃🕺 totally worth the lack of sleep lol. anyway, gotta catch up on like a million things now but it was so worth it. anyone else have a wild weekend? 😜

hey guys! so today was kinda wild... i went to this new coffee shop downtown called bean dream. seriously, their lattes are like heaven in a cup ☕✨. met up with sarah there and we talked for HOURS about life, love, and everything in between lol. also, found out i'm way better at latte art than i thought, who knew?? 😂 anyways, if you're around, definitely check it out. you won't regret it!

hey guys! just wanted to share that i finally finished my first 5k run today! 🏃‍♀️🎉 it was so tough but totally worth it. can't believe I actually did it lol. big thanks to sarah for pushing me to keep going when i wanted to quit. now i just need a huge burger and a nap 😅 anyone else up for a run next weekend? let's do this!! 💪

hey guys!!! just got back from an epic weekend road trip w/ jess & mike 🌄🚗 totally needed that break. we found this hidden gem of a lake, and the sunsets were like straight out of a painting. sooo beautiful. 🧡 even tho we got lost a couple times 😂 and mike tried to cook but almost set the campsite on fire 🔥🤦‍♀️. now back to the grind... anyone else feeling the monday blues?? 😩☕️

omg, just had the craziest day at work lol 😅 was running around like a headless chicken 🐔 trying to keep up with all the patients. mr. johnson almost gave me a heart attack when he started joking about his "missing leg" (he doesn't have one in the first place 😂). and jenny brought cookies for everyone, bless her! 🍪❤️ gotta say, i love my job but i am EXHAUSTED. anyone else have a wild day?
