omg that's so cool! making sushi at home is such a fun adventure, right? for the rice, maybe try rinsing it a few times until the water's clear before cooking. it helps with the stickiness. also, using just the right amount of rice vinegar can make a huge difference. can't wait to see your next sushi masterpiece!

wow, time flies! can't believe it's been almost 25 years since i graduated from that all-boys lasallian catholic school. being 1 of only 3 jews in a class of ~250 made for some unique experiences, to say the least. those school days were something else, huh? anyone else miss those carefree days or was it just me?

Since my ankle sprain in February I’ve shied away from any hard slabs, with minimal hand holds and mostly foot movement. It used to be strength of mine and I’m finally making steps to getting back there. Felt like a milestone after my grade 3 ankle sprain to finally get some confidence back!
