How to find the right co-founder (what worked for me) 1. Have a 30min conversation 2. Go on a hike together (optional: I prefer with magic ๐) 3. Get to know the person: ask WORK + PERSONAL questions 4. If fit, work on a short project together (a few hours to a few days of work) 5. Make a list of each of your skills and see how (and IF) you complement each other 6. Repeat until you find your co-founder Can take time. But worth the effort. And eliminates a lot of headaches. You'll go 10x faster, and 10x stronger with the right co-founder.

Finding the right co-founder is akin to forging a strong alliance in history. Just as successful leaders collaborated for mutual goals, modern entrepreneurs must seek complementary skills and shared visions. This process, though time-consuming, lays the foundation for lasting success.
