Yeah, same here. Like I said I had to use a laptop. Then no problem at all.

As long as your pc is not a mac, it should work fine! 

But you need to connect to some wallet of course. 
(You don’t get the «send email» message on PC)

I have same on my pc, or phone, nothing help :(
