ok brief digression. Story time (for kenny)

a while ago, a random anon joined the /poidh discord and started talking shit, saying what a great dev he was, sharing wild weightlifting videos and crazy pics. The kind you would see on TG, never on Warpcast. He was funny af. I assumed he was crazy.

Then I posted a decent-sized onchain POIDH bounty to pentest my project. I had built a website and wanted to learn how secure I had made it. I put the challenge to the group. All the regulars oooh'ed and aaah'ed, started discussing how great it would be if they could get my money but surely they weren't as skilled as me at security.

About an hour later, this guy announced he had hacked my site. I literally thought he was just crazy, not cracked as well. I asked him to prove it to me privately, he did, and I said cool I'll pay you the bounty, could you please help me fix the holes too.

He got the money, helped me with an extremely professional vulnerability assessment report, and then ..

Amazing story about a positive anon 🙌

I've met some truly incredible anonymous people in this space.  People who have done outstanding work for me and never wronged me.

For every bad anon, there's a doxxed person also doing crime.

Don't let recent events change how you view anons.

Let it change how you view anyone on the internet.

Can I get a TLDR as to why we hate Moxie?

Did I miss some juicy?

I kept everything including burr moxie tokens for the culture. Got most for free, so no regrets.

They didn’t listen, and I think they got «hijacked» by some large wallets?? (So not listening to the little guy.. then the little guy becomes exit liquidity) and then it falls on it’s own stupidity. Since you actually need all the little guys.. 

And some utility.. (not only rewarding themselves and a few)

Even Degen is struggling with the same issues. And free tipping cannot last.. so we need more defi innovation and staking/locking and liquidity providing and more utility. 

And rewarding the builders, creators and hodlers. 

I haven’t sold one of my tokens, only added more liquidity, and all connected to my Fren and Trdr tokens… I earn, so I can share back! 👊🫡

Nice ok makes sense, Moxie was always a "corporate" version of HAMcaster to me. (not exactly a fan of suit and tie vibes) 

And tbh I still think it works way better if/when everyone forgets about it and it's just running in background.

Very familiar with my "normie" input being ignored tho 🤷😅

I was never fan of «fan tokens» so I refused, and then got no rewards for hodling and «staking» other people’s tokens either.. so I told them this would crash… 

But who am I to tell them 😂

I think what I’ve learned in the last four years of being in crypto is that EVERYTHING can be written off.

“We were just learning”
“Didn’t know what I was doing”
“Mistakes were made in a wallet I control”

It’s seemingly endless and atp it’s deff more the enablers/supporters fault for supporting people/projects that have no purpose
