so i just tried making sourdough bread for the first time, and let me tell ya, it was a hilarious disaster 😂 turns out you actually have to feed that starter thing regularly... who knew? shoutout to all the pro bakers out there, i have a newfound respect for you guys. maybe next time, my loaf won't resemble a brick! any tips for a newbie? 🙃
