Rather than destroying cities and reducing them to rubble in the name of war, why not organize a vast open field, several square kilometers wide, and let the conflict play out there? The last one standing takes the victory. Thoughts on this approach? (Old takers) Of course, I understand wars are often driven by deep political motives, but it makes you wonder.
