I'd say some kind of reward!
e.g., a weekly or monthly payment for the top 5 - ideally, if there's a subscription fee for all users 

or some type of benefit; like airdrop allocation, extended subscription, early access to new features, etc

you can also make it more interesting by having a big reward (like 3 eth) for rank #1 in the long term (6 to 12 months)

idk how you're planning on providing the reward $, but taking it from monthly subscriptions sounds good to me 🙌🏻
